The Juggernauts is a Big Finish Productions audio drama based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. To escape the destruction of a medical vessel the Sixth Doctor sends his red-headed companion Melanie Bush out in an escape pod, promising to seek her out once he rescues his TARDIS from the exploding ship. However, on finding his ship he is trapped in a Dalek time scoop. Mel, however, lands on the planet Lethe where her skills as a computer technician are keenly. The Juggernauts was the sixty-fifth story in Big Finish's monthly range. It was written by Scott Alan Woodard and featured Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor and Bonnie Langford as Melanie Bush. It was the first appearance of the Mechonoids in a performed story since TV: The Chase in 1965. This was Bonnie Langford's second audio story with Colin Baker, the first being AUDIO: The One Doctor. Doctor Who - The Eighth Doctor Adventures. Doctor Who - Classic Series - Special Releases. Doctor Who - The Companion Chronicles. Doctor Who - The Early Adventures. Doctor Who - The Lost Stories. Doctor Who - The Monthly Adventures. Doctor Who - The Music. As well as voicing the Daleks, Nick Briggs did the Mechonoids too. Nick said: The Mechonoid voices for The Juggernauts were a product of great post-production. I just spoke the words very slowly and clearly to give Steve Foxon something to play with, and he did the magic, after listening to The Chase. Sounded very authentic, though, didnt it . She tells Geoff that he does not look a day older than 45. Professor Vasso is, in actuality, Davros. The ship carrying Davros to Skaro was attacked in the Beta Orianus system and was presumed to have destroyed with all hands. However, the Daleks later discovered that it crashed on Lethe and Davros survived. After adopting the identity of Professor Vasso, Davros claimed that his physical status as a result of injuries sustained in th. Custom made prequel for a favourite Big Finish Doctor Who story of mine, The Juggernauts. I recently purchased The Curse Of Davros and . Doctor Who: The Juggernauts. Based on the audio play of the same name. Evaluable for only on the Big Finish website. If you have a beater attention span than I do then I recommend it, but if you don't then avoid it. The Doctor soon finds himself at the home of Craig Owens, who has been advertising for a lodger. There's clearly something odd in the house with people being lured to the upstairs room, but never reappearing. The Doctor is having a good time of it and is having a bit of fun he proves to be a rather good football player. Craig the landlord is very much in love with Sophie but can't quite bring himself to tell her. The Doctor tries to help them out. But then there's always the problem of that upstairs room.
