The Orchard Music от лица компании Rhythm Safari Pty Ltd LatinAutor - SonyATV, EMI Music Publishing, LatinAutor, SOLAR Carole King of In Concert is a different woman - an abundantly confident, slick professional, with all the timing, glitz, and glamour of a Las Vegas pro. Sometimes this works - her mind-boggling collaboration with Slash on Hold Out for Love comes up trumps, and the rearranged Jazzman betters its studio counterpart. But there are disasters, too - Hard Rock Cafe is a distinctly unwelcome inclusion, and the blandly flawless band plays as if in a recording studio, rather than on-stage. Carole King In Concert is a real winner. Carole hits all the notes, and the disc just cooks. King grabs me with the first song to the last. I have never seen King in concert, but with In Concert you feel you are right there. I believe this is far superior to the The Living Room Tour. I have been a King fan for along time now, but i still go back to this disc all the time. This disc was released in 1994, and while it did not grab the attention of the fans in large numbers- it really is just wonderful. This album represents Carole King at her very best. It contains some of the most original, heart-felt renditions of her songs. In particular, 'I Feel the Earth Move'. Carole King will release a never-before-seen concert film and live album, Live at Montreux, June 14th via Eagle Vision. Recorded at the Montreux Pavillon in Switzerland during the 1973 Montreux Jazz Festival, the show notably marked Kings first concert outside the United States. The set list features selections from Kings solo albums Tapestry and Writer, as well as nearly every song off her then-just-released LP, Fantasy. King previewed Live at Montreux with clips of her performing Tapestrys Its Too Late and Fantasys Youve Been Around Too Long
